M1 Star™ Dedicated Solutions
More than the standard version, the M1 Star™ can satisfy a large range of special measuring applications by dedicated plug gauges:
- with pilot cone, to reduce the chance of jamming
- with carbide bars, to reduce the wear of nosepiece
- for special blind bores, to measure at 0,5mm from bottom of the bore
- with DLC coating (hardness 3000HV and low coefficient of friction)
- for bores with central hub
- cone-shaped plugs for tapered bores
- for crankshafts
- for parallel walled bores
- with track for air clean stream
- right angle plug
- with 3 measuring point, for tri-lobes bores
- oval shaped plugs
- with longer nosepiece, to guide better the plug into the bore
- for outside diameter, for shaft end
- for bores with diameter >300 mm.
